The Making of “Soul Snatch”
Turns out the comic I had planned for Friday’s update started kicking my ass, as opposed to the other way around, so I’m pushing it to next week. (Or scrapping it completely, I haven’t decided yet.)
Until then, check out this time lapse video I made showing the making-of process behind the recent “Soul Snatch” comic! Hopefully it proves that webcomics don’t make themselves, contrary to popular belief.
Very cool. Suddenly I feel a lot less productive.
Holy cow, that’s awesome!! I had no idea the steps that you took in webcomic-ing. I can’t draw anything more than a smiley face, so all that was pretty much just a bunch of wizardry…
Thanks for sharing your talent and making me smile repeatedly each week. Carry on!
Awesome, now that we know the programs, which computer do you use to run them?
It’s a maxed out late-2012 21.5inch iMac.
What kind of tablet do you use to draw this?
A Wacom Cintiq 21WX. It has served me well for several years now. Probably the sturdies piece of tech I’ve ever bought, actually.
