Somehow, this reminds me of http://www.optipess.com/2010/12/13/going-for-a-ride/ … mostly in that while I am easily amused by the collection of murderous comics, these make me sad. I feel like I am a horrible person to be saddened more by the impending death of a talking car or a (not even talking) lobster than by trainwrecks and whatever else Kristian has used to kill drawn people to our amusement.
@Thomas: This comic addresses interesting psychological and philosophical points worth pondering. It’s about our place in society but within the boundaries of where we are in the present – how do you appreciate the fact that those around you are taking advantage of you? Can you read all of the signs? Or do you just get caught up in the moment of being celebrated for participating, no matter how dark the purpose behind everyone’s excitement at your presence?
Also, it’s funny! He’s a lobster about to be eaten! Lobsters are delicious.
lovely… I hope he is not the main entry….
This comic makes me feel sad.
Sad… but also hungry, right?
Omnomnom!
Happiest and saddest day of this poor lobster’s life.
Do we need to add a “someone is eventually delicious” tag?
