@Jack: Ah well, that was a last minute addition meant to ambigiously “frame” the mime for the murder. Hm, It’s probably not necessary though, so I might just remove or tweak it a bit.
Last panel is nice, but… just wondering… why go out of your way to show that the mime was innocent? If he’d actually done something bad and I felt that he deserved to be there, I wouldn’t be feeling sorry for him and would find the comic funnier. (just speaking personally)
@Esn: Hm, good point. But my original idea was that the mime wouldn’t be able to say he’s innocent, making it somewhat amusing that he’d end up in jail. I guess I should have shown this differently, though – having the third panel in a courtroom setting or something instead. But this strip has caused me enough headaches already, so I’ll probably leave it be. I changed the pointing finger, though.
Oh well, Monday’s strip will probably be something completely different.
Love it. The mime is so dedicated to his art that he won’t verbally protest his innocence. Maybe he tried to mime a description of the perpetrator but it didn’t go over so well.
Big lolz here. Funny all the way through. Last panel is hilarious. :D
I don’t get it, why is she “ponting” at the mime?
