Yes, here is a comic tangentially inspired by me playing a fair bit of The Last of Us Part 2 over the weekend. I’m a few hours in and so far it’s quite spectacular, especially the “Take on Me” moment early on which made me extremely proud to be Norwegian.
Today’s cartoon reminds me of when I bought a demo disk of “Prince of Persia 2” back in the 1990s. (Being a demo disk, it didn’t cost very much.)
Since it was a demo for the game, it only contained the first two levels — the idea being that when you finished those levels, you’d like the game so much you’d gladly pay for the full version of the game.
Well, as hard as I tried, I could never get past the first level. (Needless to say, I never bought the full game.)
Life is a tutorial, reincarnation means that you didn’t pass the tutorial and is trying again from begin.
