Is (s)he aware of the power he wields in his tiny, chubby hands…? Alas, no, those poor people died believing in a force, oblivious of its own significance. Makes you wonder which is better, there actually BEING a god but him/her not knowing (s)he is IT or there not being a god at all… result’s pretty much the same I guess.
Oh, and brilliant idea, I love that wood-cutting style! :)

Their society was short lived, but managed to go far during that loveley day at the beach. RIP little people.
I never played the Amiga version of Populous only the third version (Populou: Beginning) but that was a great game (although I never made it through the end).
It reminds me of how I used to imagine that my stuffed animals came to life when I shut the door of the wardrobe where they were kept.

It took me a minute to realize their little shovels were necklaces. That was the crowning touch. Beautiful.
