The Floor is Lava!
Here’s a new comic strip! It arrives even though issues with my Cintiq drivers attempted to hinder me completely.
Note to self: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! (i.e. don’t install new drivers unless absolutely necessary.)

I hope you know that is a completely inaccurate depiction of Vesuvius’ eruption.
Yup! I was mostly concerned about accurately conveying the rules of the game, though.
It may not be accurate, but lava is so much cooler than pyroclastic flow.
Too soon man, too soon.
Yeah, it hasn’t been 22.3 centuries yet. (Just a couple centuries to go, though!)
I wish I had a Cintiq. Never had any driver problems with my Intuos 4 though.
For future reference, I had to completely remove the newest driver and manually install an older version after rebooting/unplugging everything. Couldn’t use the driver rollback feature in W7 as it made things even worse. Such a fun way to spend my saturday evening!
But yeah, aside from these driver woes the Cintiq is my favorite “gadget” purchase I’ve made. Pricey, but it’s an awesome piece of technology for sure.
Whenever there is a program update, I will wait two weeks before installing. This way if there are issues, they can be worked out by someone else first.
You seemed to have recovered nicely though!
Wrong? Lava didn’t go to Pompeii. Pompeii was actually destroyed by volcano’s ash.
