I suppose that if the corpses stay under for long enough that the graves start going into disrepair… they aren’t zombies. I see no flaw!
I just wonder if there’d be resources for something like that if we had a zombie outbreak. :P

You should see the movie “Fido”. It’s a story about zombies, where everyone who dies turns back from the dead – they devised a solution similar to yours :D
